Why do we care about user feedback?
Using computers to boost one's language skills has become an increasingly popular option among academic language learners. The advantages are obvious - there is no need to follow classroom discussions which cater for the needs of other participants, the learning process focus on one learner's individual needs, the activities can be adjusted to individual preferences.
However, some students hesitate to make the step and use individual study resources for their language studies. Thus, we have asked some active users what they think about the learning process and the learning outcome. The idea was to provide you with student-to-student information rather than concentrating on the lecturers' view of the matter...
