If you would like to study for a Master's degree program at our Campus in Remagen, this page will provide you with all the important information you need to apply for the MLI program. We look forward to receiving your application!

How to apply:

You apply via our online portal. If you have any questions, please check our FAQs or join our monthly virtual info session.

 

Application deadline:

For the summer semester, which starts at the end of March/beginning of April, applicants with a German university entrance qualification can apply until 31 March of the respective year. For the winter semester, which starts at the end of September/beginning of October, applicants can apply until 30 September of the respective year.

However, if you have obtained your certificates (university entrance qualification) abroad, you must apply via uni-assist with the application deadlines for the summer semester at 31 January of the respective year and the winter semester at 31 July of the respective year.


Exceptions or deviations from this rule will be announced in good time on our website.


We attach great importance to giving you feedback on the status of your application as soon as possible after we receive your application documents. If you apply early, you may therefore be notified before the application deadline.

 

Admission:

The application process for the Master's degree program "Management, Leadership, Innovation" with the degree "Master of Arts (MA)" takes place in two steps. In the first step, the following proof must be provided by the application deadline as an admission requirement:

 

Once the admission requirements have been checked, applicants are invited to an introductory interview in a second step. This gives applicants the opportunity to gain a personal impression of the people behind the Management, Leadership, Innovation program.

Please note: If you have not yet completed your Bachelor's degree at the time of application, but have at least 165 credits , you are allowed to apply for the Master's program MLI. Proof of completion of the professionally qualified Bachelor's degree program must then be provided by the end of the first semester of the Master's degree program.

 

Beginning of the program and group sizes:

The "Management, Leadership, Innovation" program can be started in both the summer and winter semesters. Thanks to small group sizes, we offer individual and team coaching sessions throughout the entire course of the program (also for start-up projects, if applicable).

 

Languages:

The program Management, Leadership, Innovation and all its modules are completely held in English.

German is not mandatory for this study program. Language requirements: English B2 or higher.

We accept internationally recognized language tests that correspond to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages.
Examples of Accepted Language Tests:
1. TOEFL: paper‐based: 543 points, computer‐based: 212 points, Internet‐based: B2 level points, iBT: 72 points.
2. TOEIC: B2 level points.
3. University of Cambridge: FCE grade B or above, BEC Vantage, CELS Higher.
4. IELTS: Minimum Band 6.0.
5. GMAT: minimum 600.
6. ILEC: B2 and C1.

 

Costs:

For the Master's program "Management, Leadership, Innovation" at the RheinAhrCampus, a social contribution is due each semester (the current amount can be enquired at Studierendenservice). This includes benefits such as a semester ticket (valid from Koblenz to Cologne). No tuition fees are charged.
