Contact us
The competencies, professional and personal aims, and further training needs of our employees are as diverse as our university. Every department plays a role in sharing both explicit and implicit knowledge within the university community. We work together to rise to the challenges of the future – from the digitisation of processes, sustainability and needs-based innovation in academic activities, to demographic change and ensuring that we are an attractive employer. In this context, we support our staff through in-house training, professional development, counselling, coaching, exchange forums and various other opportunities for employees to develop their knowledge and expertise. We also promote meaningful cooperation and networking between different points of contact within the university.
Are you interested in contributing to the discussion and sharing your knowledge with colleagues? Are you looking for professional development opportunities in a particular field, but can't find suitable training options? Or perhaps you have ideas, questions or feedback you would like to share.
